Refund Policy

Effective date: 22 July 2026

This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for credit purchases on Mina Labs (minaxlab.com). It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Automatic refunds for failed generations

If a generation you paid credits for fails on our side or with the AI provider, the credits for that generation are automatically returned to your balance — you do not need to do anything, and you are never charged for a generation that did not produce a result.

2. Successful generations

Because each generation is a digital good that is produced and delivered instantly, credits spent on a successful generation are non-refundable. AI output is inherently variable, and a result you simply don't like does not qualify as a failure. We recommend starting with lower-cost models and short clips to dial in your prompt before spending more.

3. Unused purchased credits

If you purchased a credit pack and have not used any of those credits, you may request a refund of that purchase within 14 days by contacting us. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where possible, at our reasonable discretion. Once credits from a pack have been partly used, that purchase is generally non-refundable.

4. Free, promotional and referral credits

Credits granted for free — including the new-user welcome gift, promotional credits, and referral rewards — have no cash value and are never redeemable for money or refundable.

5. Cryptocurrency payments

Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Where a refund is due for a purchase made with cryptocurrency, we will, at our discretion, issue it as credits to your account or as a transfer to the paying wallet, based on the value received.

6. How to request a refund

Email support@minaxlab.com from the address on your account, with your order reference and a short description. We aim to respond within a few business days.

7. Chargebacks

If you have a problem with a purchase, please contact us first — we're happy to help. Filing a chargeback without contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending review.

8. Changes

We may update this Policy from time to time; the current version is always posted here.
