Terms of Service
Effective date: 22 July 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of minaxlab.com and the Mina Labs AI creative services (the "Service"), operated by Mina Labs ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you are authorized to bind it.
2. Your account
You are responsible for your account and for keeping your login secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.
3. Credits, pricing and payments
- The Service runs on credits. Each generation costs a number of credits shown before you confirm it. New accounts receive a free credit gift, and some tools are free.
- Credits are a prepaid license to use the Service. They are not money, carry no cash value, do not earn interest, and cannot be transferred or exchanged except as we expressly allow.
- Prices and credit costs may change over time. Purchases are handled by third-party payment providers; by paying you also agree to their terms.
- Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload or distribute content that:
- is illegal, or that sexualizes minors in any way (zero tolerance);
- depicts real, identifiable people in sexual, defamatory, or misleading ways without their consent, or impersonates a real person to deceive ("deepfakes");
- promotes hate, harassment, violence, self-harm, or terrorism;
- infringes others' intellectual property, privacy or other rights;
- contains malware, or is used to spam, scrape, or attack the Service;
- violates the acceptable-use rules of the underlying AI model providers.
You are solely responsible for your prompts, uploads and how you use the output. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Your content and ownership of output
You retain any rights you already hold in the inputs you provide. Subject to your compliance with these Terms and to the rights of the underlying AI providers, we do not claim ownership of the media generated for you, and you are free to use it, including commercially. You acknowledge that AI-generated output may not be unique, may be similar to output provided to others, and may not be eligible for copyright protection in some jurisdictions. You are responsible for ensuring your use of any output is lawful and does not infringe others' rights.
6. License to operate the Service
You grant us a limited license to host, store, process and display your content solely to provide the Service to you (for example, to run a generation and show it in your library). If you choose to publish a creation to a public gallery or share it, you grant us the additional license needed to display it there. You can remove such content.
7. Third-party AI services
The Service relies on third-party AI models and infrastructure. Their availability, behavior and output are outside our control, and their terms and content policies also apply to your use.
8. Disclaimers
The Service and all output are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. AI systems can produce inaccurate, offensive, or unexpected results. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
11. Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Credits associated with a terminated account may be forfeited where the termination is due to your breach.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts there will have jurisdiction, unless mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
